Reviews:

Here's an album that will leave you breathless. It was recorded live last summer to a capacity crowd who were obviously thrown into a total frenzy. Hüsker Dü plays with lightening speed and a searing intensity and go from one song straight into the next. It's a thundering explosion of raw noise with all kinds of intricate musical things going on at once. This Minneapolis hardcore trio is out to blast everyone out of their apathetic corner with songs that give you an adrenaline rush and at the same time, something to think about. They talk about thinging for yourself instead of being programmed by society or the corporate-military-industrial complex. This is the most exciting record I've heard in a long time!

17 songs! Three guys from Minneapolis, zoom... real fast like wheeee... I like the lyrics too, they make sense to me. LP is recorded live so it's kinda sloppy... oh don't get me wrong though, it's quite enjoyable and oh so listenable, of course - it's not the best thing ever but I like it and if you think your family might too, write to New Alliance Records. It cost $6.50 in da store so use discretion about postage and whatnot.
