Reviews: The compilation stands up to BYO's usual excellent standards- good bands, good sound, good package. A must compilation. The only thing I don't like is the cover. -Al Flipside (from Flipside #43, Fall 1984) Youth Brigade pay some homage to their native land by including many excellent Canadian bands (the Nils, Y.Y.Y., the Unwanted, S.N.F.U., Personality Crisis, the Young Lions, Zeroption, the Stretch Marks, and D.O.A.) on this collection, as well as some L.A. newcomers (Rigor Mortis, the Tourists) and veterans like the Big Boys, 7 Seconds, Kraut, CH3, and themselves. A good sampling. -Tim Yohannon (from Maximum Rock'n'Roll #12, March 1984) |
