Reviews: A terrific idea: Mystic has decided to chronicle a series of local punk scenes in a Sound of USA Cities LP series, this one centering on Portland, Oregon. RANCID VAT, ANATHEMA, N.R.A., and other bands share this album, which varies severely in sound and song quality.
