Reviews: The second lavishly illustrated volume of Underground Hits again features a mixture of German and American bands, but this time around, the production isn't as good and the two punk groups representing Germany (Canalterror and Spux) aren't quite as impressive. Still, it contains material from some excellent US outfits (the Angry Samoans, Youth Brigade, the Meatmen, Hüsker Dü, the FU's, Government Issue, and Adrenalin OD), and represents another positive effort to unify the international scene.
