41 fucking bands! That's fucking impossible- hell no it's not, Mystic did it. I gotta say the production could have been better, but so what there's 41 bands. Ill Repute, Don't No, VOA, America's Hardcore, Subterfuge, Justice League stand out the most. If you like to sample bands, I can't think of a better album to buy...

This Party Animal follow-up is not quite as overpowering as the initial installment, but it's still an excellent sampler. You get 41 bands from all over the US, with SoCal being predominant. Too many bands to even begin to 'ist (see ad this issue), but there are lots of debuts here, as well as other recently recorded up-and-comers. And, there are grooves between the songs this time!
