LIVE AT MYSTIC PART 1 7" EP 01. Stop and Think 02. Fill It Up 03. Sleepwalking 04. Sleepwalking II 05. Fuck With My Head 06. Cherry Cherry 07. Monster Mash Label: Mystic Records Cat #: M7EP 140 Format: 7" EP Released: 1984 |
Reviews: Real cool live stuff recorded at a party at Mystic Studios on Halloween. Pretty decent quality recording considering the circumstances. Includes the Neil Diamond classic "Cherry". -Mark S.D. (from Warning #15, April/May/June 1985) Ill Repute is a fun punk band. They are great live, every time I see them play I have a good time. This 7" reminds me of those "godlike" times. Seven songs keep me shittin' in my pants all day. The first song on side one "Stop and Think" is the best in my eyes. All are fun, check it out. -O (from Flipside #45, Spring 1985) Yet another in the "Nardcore" series, and this one has a definite "live" garage feel to it (might be because there were about 100 kids in the studio at the time of the recording). Actually, it's being remixed, so it may sound cleaner when it's released, but even this version is fun. Couple of covers, too. -Tim Yohannan (from Maximum Rocknroll #20, December 1984) |
